OverviewWe are seeking anHR Generalistto join our team and provide well-rounded support across recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, training, and policy development. This role offers the opportunity to apply your HR expertise in a dynamic environment where you can make a meaningful impact on both employees and the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister payroll and group benefits programs.Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.Maintain HR processes and employee documentation.Coordinate training and development programs and track employee participation.Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Assist with performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations.Ensure compliance with the ESA, OHSA, AODA, the Human Rights Code, and other applicable legislation.Prepare HR reports and support projects as required.QualificationsPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience.Strong knowledge of the ESA and the Ontario Human Rights Code.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS/payroll system experience is an asset.InclusivityAt Hewitt's Dairy Ltd., we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
