We are seeking an Emergency Response Trainer and Development Specialist!This hybrid role brings together strategic business development responsibilities with hands-on delivery of our industry-leading Training Services. The successful candidate will help drive revenue growth, cultivate strong client relationships, and deliver hands on high-quality emergency response training programs that support regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and safety excellence across multiple sectors.LIVEWhat You will Do: Develop & execute short & long-term sales initiatives aligned with company goals. Focus on Marketing Training, with an outlook also for Emergency Management, Emergency Response, and Industrial Services across regions. Build and enhance client relationships to secure new business opportunities. Manage sales cycles from inception to closure and maintain CRM records. Represent the company in client meetings, proposals, and presentations. Travel frequently across Ontario and other provinces as may be needed. Facilitate adult learning in Health & Safety and Emergency Response course offerings. Ensure Health & Safety compliance in all activities and follow corporate policies. Interact with clients during training sessions and maintain professional standards. Adapt to flexible schedules including weekends and evenings for training delivery.WINWhat you bring to the table: Demonstrated experience in Industrial, Construction, Health Care, Canada Labour Code under Health and Safety and in Emergency Response associated standards under CSA, NFPA, etc. Strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines Able to interpret, evaluate and apply regulations, policies and procedures to a wide variety of work situations and jurisdictions Excellent communication (verbal & written) and motivation skills Clean drivers license Own Vehicle Self-motivated, organized individual with good interpersonal skills Good time management Willing to learn other course disciplines Flexibility to instruct during the day, weekends and evenings Preference will be given to those with a facilitators certificate 10+ years of experience in sales and/or emergency response training. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Ability to teach multiple safety disciplines (e.g., TDG, WHMIS, Confined Space Rescue). Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively.
