This role will be responsible for overseeing corporate-wide management systems and programs. Responsibilities:Manage maintenance of applicable policies, systems and programs, activities to verify compliance at all sitesLead team projects including new product introductionProvide oversight and direction to internal teamsDirect standardization of applicable management tools and methodsEstablish corporate-wide programs to promote operational excellence, including improved quality, cost and deliveryMonitor industry trends and develop a thorough understanding of applicable laws and industry standardsMaintain related policies, manuals, procedures and documentationDevelop and implement associated trainingRequirement:Degree in Engineering and/or Business-Related programProject Management accreditation (PMP designation) is an assetISO auditor certification is an asset10+ years of experience in leading projectsExperience acting as a customer contactStrong conflict management skillsThe ability to negotiate with stakeholdersStrong communication skills; both written and verbal
