This role leads the delivery of cutting-edge technology initiatives, process optimizations, and systems advancements that directly support our rapid growth across Mass Timber, Sawmill, and Modular operations. By managing a diverse portfolio of projects, the Project Manager ensures our teams have the tools, systems, and insights needed to operate efficiently today while preparing for the next generation of digital and operational excellence.Working at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, this role works with cross-functional teams, builds alignment among leaders, and champions best-in-class project delivery practices. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how new systems are adopted, how change is sustained, and how innovation becomes a core driver of our success. This is a highly influential role designed for someone excited to lead complex initiatives, elevate organizational capabilities, and help move Kalesnikoff into its next chapter of technological advancement.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & ExecutionLead end-to-end project management for systems and application initiatives, from planning through deliveryDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements and stakeholder groupsManage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomesEmbed change management strategies into project delivery to ensure stakeholder readiness, adoption, and sustained business outcomesPortfolio OversightMaintain visibility across the project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic business objectivesPrioritize initiatives based on value, impact, and resource availabilityProvide regular portfolio updates to senior leadership and stakeholdersCross-Functional EngagementFacilitate collaboration among leaders from various departments including but not limited to IT, Finance, Operations, and People & CultureBuild consensus and drive decision-making across diverse stakeholder groupsServe as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure shared understanding and alignmentGovernance & ReportingEstablish and maintain project governance frameworks, including steering committees and stakeholder reviewsTrack and report on project performance metrics, budgets, and milestonesEnsure compliance with internal standards, policies, and regulatory requirementsContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and toolsChampion agile and hybrid methodologies where appropriateFoster a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovationRequirements:EducationBachelors degree in business, Information Systems, or related fieldCAMP or PMPCertificate in Change Management (PROSCI, CCMP) considered an assetExperience5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on systems and applicationsProven experience managing cross-functional projects and portfoliosExperience in leading teams is an asset KnowledgeStrong understanding of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management tools and software to plan, track, and report on initiativesCompensation Package:Salary: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 (Dependent on experience) Extended health benefits including health, dental, vision, travel, Health Spending Account and RRSP program.Team building and social events.Training, development, and mentorship opportunitiesOpportunity to advance in your career.Work-life balance.A great culture where we truly value our employees.How to apply:To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to [email protected] will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
