You will partner with HR and Payroll leaders, shape end to end solutions, lead configuration and guide teams through delivery, testing and go live. This is a hands on leadership role with real influence across a growing Workday practice. What you will doLead discovery to understand Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and broader HR requirements and map them to Workday functionalityOwn solution design and ensure a scalable, best practice approach across Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and AbsenceLead end to end configuration for the designed Workday solution, including integrations and cross functional touchpointsDrive cross functional alignment across HCM, Security, Reporting, Integrations and downstream systemsRun client workshops, manage ambiguity, and translate complex needs into clear functional outcomesProvide leadership through challenging situations and help stabilise or rescue programmes when neededSupport sales cycles by estimating effort, contributing to proposals, attending orals, and supporting statements of workCoach and develop consultants, build high performing teams, and help grow and improve the Workday practiceWhat you will bringStrong consulting experience in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and AbsenceMinimum 4 full end to end Workday implementations plus technical support experience for an HCM or Payroll solutionDeep configuration capability and confidence stretching Workday to its configuration limitsProven experience leading workshops and working with senior stakeholdersStrong analytical mindset, detail focus, and structured problem solvingTrack record of leading through complexity across multiple Workday workstreamsCommitment to inclusion, coaching, and building diverse teams where different perspectives are heardFluent English plus French, with the ability to collaborate with English speaking stakeholdersWork styleHybrid working environment with clear expectations aligned to your team and client needsCompensationBase salary range CAD 160,000 to 185,000 plus eligibility for variable incentive programmes and a comprehensive total rewards package.
