Commercial Property Manager Retail Portfolio Client: Leading National Real Estate Owner & OperatorFull-Time | On-Site | EdmontonSalary: $90,000$110,000 base salary plus 15% performance bonusIm currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable national real estate group with a strong footprint in commercial and retail assets across Canada. My client is known for high-quality urban centres, strong tenant relationships, and a collaborative, high-performance culture. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their Edmonton team and oversee a key portfolio of shopping centres.If youre already operating at a PM level and want to deepen your experience in budgeting, capital planning, and retail operations this is a fantastic opportunity.About the PortfolioYoull be responsible for approximately 57 commercial and retail properties, supported by a strong on-the-ground team including1 Property Administrator2 Building OperatorsA knowledgeable and hands-on General Manager based in EdmontonProperties include established retail centres in prominent Edmonton corridors, including major community hubs and high-traffic shopping destinations.The corporate office is located in a vibrant, highly walkable Edmonton district surrounded by shops, fitness studios, cafs, and amenities with parking included in the DT aera.What Youll Be DoingOperations & Tenant ManagementOversee day-to-day operations for 57 commercial/retail propertiesMaintain strong relationships with tenants and proactively address operational issuesCollaborate closely with your PA, building operators, GM, leasing, legal, development, and the broader asset teamFinancial LeadershipLead annual budgeting, operating forecasts, and financial performance reviewsManage CAPEX planning & executionMonitor service contracts, vendor performance, and cost controlsProject CoordinationSupport capital projects, renovations, and operational improvementsCoordinate with construction, facilities, and third-party contractorsTeam & Stakeholder CollaborationMy client places a high value on collaboration.
