They ensure compliance with internal and external standards of practice and Provincial regulatory requirements. The Home Support Supervisor's identify and coordinate clinical competencies and in-service activities to deliver high quality client/patient and family centered care. As a Clinical Manager you will manage quality of care and continuous improvement, client care, supervision and support of healthcare professionals/paraprofessionals,Location: Greater Hamilton and Burlington Area (Daily travel requirement with minimal office hours)Work Environment: Community role.
