As a Shopper Insights Client Lead, youll partner with a top national retailer and leading CPG brands to deliver strategies that drive customer loyalty and sustainable growth.As a trusted advisor, you will: Build strong relationships with CPG stakeholders and the retailerTrain clients to uncover shopper insights that support development and execution of their Customer-First business plans to deliver measurable ROIBecome an expert at translating customer insights into actionable recommendations that improve the shopping experienceChampion Customer-First strategies across merchandising and category planningLeverage dunnhumbys industry-leading tools and data platform to guide decision-makingWhat Were Looking ForBachelors degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field34 years in CPG, Insights Provider, or Retailer merchandising dept. rolesStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of customer insights and consultative sellingFamiliarity with category management, assortment analyticsProject management experienceSkilled in storytelling and relationship building, with a passion for collaboration and detailWhat You Can Expect From UsWe wont just meet your expectations.
