Responsibilities:Coordinate daily construction activities and crew scheduling.Track materials, equipment, and progress on-site.Support safety, quality, and compliance inspections.Assist with documentation, RFIs, and change orders.Communicate delays/issues to the Construction Manager.Qualifications:High school diploma (Bachelors preferred).3-5 years construction or oil & gas experience.Ability to read blueprints; proficient in MS Office.Strong organizational and communication skills.Work Conditions: Field-based with travel to job sites.
