The Heavy Duty Mechanic will perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment and vehicles. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical issues, replacing or repairing worn-out components, and ensuring machinery meets safety and operational standards. The mechanic will also maintain accurate service records and work collaboratively with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Vehicle MaintenanceStrong skills in Equipment Repair and handling Heavy EquipmentExperience with mechanical Troubleshooting of machinery and vehiclesSolid understanding of safety protocols and best practices in equipment repairAbility to read technical manuals and blueprints is a plusCertification as a Heavy Equipment Technician or equivalent is preferredExcellent time management and problem-solving abilities
