If you bring world-class craft, speed, and heart, youll shape worlds, share in the upside, and be credited as a founder of what were building.The RoleJoin our Manga Studio as a Manga Artist (Founding Equity Partner) to create original series like Amedo: Visions of the Gods and one-shots that anchor Anime Universes cross-media franchises (manga anime games UGC). Youll collaborate with writers, designers, and producers to deliver chapters that slap visually, emotionally, commercially.What Youll DoOwn page-ready art from thumbnails to final: layouts, inks, screentones, FX, lettering passes.Craft dynamic paneling, cinematic framing, and action clarity across shonen/seinen/shojo/josei tones.Co-create with writers on storyboards, pacing, and page turns; iterate fast inside sprints.Build character/creature/prop sheets and style guides for cross-team use.Throughput target @ 20h/wk: 46 finished pages/week or 812 roughs/week (title/scene complexity may adjust).Develop pilot one-shots and pitch packs for greenlight.Mentor future artists as we scale the studio.
