Humans of HR is working with an established organization in the financial services space to recruit a Portfolio Administrator to support its Private Client group.This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of client service and operations ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a smooth experience for both clients and internal partners. Youll work closely with Portfolio Managers and operational teams, providing reliable support that keeps everything running efficiently.The OpportunityAs a Portfolio Administrator, youll play a key role in supporting private client relationships by managing administrative processes, responding to client needs, and ensuring operational details are handled with care.
