Join to apply for the Pricing Analyst - Project Logistics role at C.H. Robinson. C.H. Robinson is seeking a Pricing Analyst for its Project Logistics division. In this role, you will deliver complex, strategic modal pricing solutions and analytical insights for both new and existing business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with regional offices, corporate shared services and customers to develop competitive pricing strategies that meet customer needs. Acting as the pricing owner for each opportunity, you will provide expert consultation on enterprisewide and accountspecific pricing strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes for the business and its clients. Duties And Responsibilities Manage, complete and respond to daily pricing requests in accordance with assigned due dates or service level agreements for new and existing customers in a specific mode, product or trade lane. Learn and understand the various pricing tools available to the team. Ensure compliance with operational policies prior to pricing business (e.g., verifying that the commodity is not in violation of the restricted/prohibited commodities policy, identifying embargoed countries, vetting known shippers). Provide notes on every pricing activity, logging how the pricing was compiled to effectively communicate that information to relevant operations staff upon award. Monitor and report back to management monthly progress towards assigned goals and KPIs. Communicate and develop rapport with stakeholders in the branch with the goals of: Understanding modal yield strategy & modal assessorial fees. Collaborate with supervisor and peers to identify best practices and provide continuous improvement in the quality of pricing activities and trends that lead to more favorable win ratios. Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or countryspecific requirements. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of Global Forwarding Project Logistics and/or pricing experience. Experience managing large overdimensional shipments. Preferred: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs. Commercial experience within C.H. Robinson and/or external logistical experience. Working knowledge of reporting tools. Working knowledge of data visualization tools. Working knowledge of how the intermodal product impacts supply chains. Ability to work crossfunctionally and effectively influence and partner. Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex concepts across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and business acumen to make sound management decisions/recommendations. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. Values a diverse and inclusive work environment. Compensation Range $58,000.00 $91,800.00 The base pay range displayed on the posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
