Located in Woodbridge, Ontario and offices in Montreal, Quebec, we are a leading beauty care and small kitchen appliances company that service the retail and professional markets in Canada with brands such as Conair, Scunci, Cuisinart, and BaBylissPro.The Position:We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Specialist in our eCommerce team reporting to the Director, eCommerce. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a thriving, dynamic organization with an entrepreneurial spirit and an action-oriented culture, this role is perfect for you.The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels for multiple product lines for the companys brands (Conair, Cuisinart) by supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of e-commerce strategies and programs to drive revenue, growth, and consumer engagement.Responsibilities:Contribute to the creation, development, and implementation of online campaigns across digital channels (customer and direct to consumer) in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.Manage day-to-day operations (listing, inventory, promotions, ad campaigns, digital assets, compliance) of online retail sales channels for major retail accounts (e.g. Walmart.ca, Costco.ca, Bestbuy.ca, Wayfair.ca etc.)Drive category revenue for the brand by collaborating with the sales team to maintain/expand product listings, implement promotions, sales & demand forecasting, manage inventory, drive conversions, and identify incremental opportunities with key accounts.Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagesUpload digital assets to retailers ecommerce platformsMonitor KPIs for performance, POS sales, shipments, market sales and share, traffic, ad campaigns, promotions, and participation compared to competitors and the marketUnderstand market dynamics for assigned categories and provide related trend information & competitive analysis to develop foundations for additional listings at key accounts.Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and analysis for sales and product performanceCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments including marketing, product management, planning, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth coordination of all activities.Monitor competitive activity and provide & share insights with cross functional teamsMinimum Qualifications:Post Secondary degree/diploma in Business, Marketing or related field of studyMinimum 3 -5 years related experience, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods or retail industry.Strong knowledge of ecommerce business (dropship, 1P and 3P model) and digital merchandisingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetStrong organizing, planning and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work well cross functionally and collaboratively.Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Ability to think and work independently and with initiative in a dynamic team environmentProficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, ,Teams, and SAP.What we offer:Salary: $70,000 - 80,000.
