Job DescriptionRole SummaryProvide on-site lineside production support to ensure stable manufacturing operations, rapid issue resolution, and effective implementation of design and process changes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day production activities through direct lineside engagementTroubleshoot manufacturing system issues, process deviations, and design-related problems impacting productionAssess, coordinate, and support implementation of engineering and design changes on the shop floorInterface with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve production constraintsSupport problem-solving activities (root cause analysis, containment, corrective actions)Provide technical guidance to production teams to minimize downtime and disruptionSupport MRB-related activities as needed, while operating with a broader production-support scopeScope & AuthorityBroad production support role extending beyond traditional MRB responsibilitiesAuthority to recommend corrective actions and coordinate cross-functional resolutionOnshore presence required due to real-time production and system interactionRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of the production/manufacturing environmentExperience troubleshooting manufacturing systems and production processesAbility to interpret and support engineering and design changesMRB experience beneficial but not mandatoryStrong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
