Location Chaudire-Appalaches Region, Quebec Hybrid work Employment Type Permanent, full-time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary $40.00 to $60.00 per hour, based on experience Job Description Agence de Placement Trsor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a well-established industrial manufacturing organization, for a Robotics and Automation Technician / Specialist. The successful candidate will help develop, implement, and optimize robotic manufacturing processes and support the companys automation strategy. Main Responsibilities Develop and manage the implementation of new robotic and automated processes. Prepare technical and cost proposals for robotic systems; select equipment, components, and external integrators when required. Create mechanical drawings for robotic cell accessories. Program robotic systems to enable new product families and production requirements. Maintain and optimize existing robotic processes to ensure optimal performance. Develop and update preventive maintenance plans for robotic equipment. Coordinate automation projects with internal teams and external partners. Contribute to the automation and robotics master plan; identify opportunities and recommend project prioritization. Provide technical training to production staff. Perform other related duties as required. Employment Requirements College diploma or bachelors degree in Robotics, Automation, or a related field. More than 5 years of experience in robotics and industrial automation. Experience in robotic programming and project coordination. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
