Job Description

Responsible for processing payroll and performing clerical duties in an efficient manner by performing the following duties: Prepares payroll and resolves discrepancies. Transmits payroll data to payroll service in a timely manner. Prepares and mails financial and tax reports and payments as required to comply with external reporting requirements. Maintains confidential personnel files related to payroll such as time cards, sick time, vacation and holiday schedules, and child support and garnishment. Prepares and mails mandatory checks for garnished deductions to the appropriate party as needed. Responds to employee inquiries regarding amount and receipt of check, overpayments and any other payroll questions. Maintains updated reports. Operates standard office equipment. Performs other related duties as assigned.
