Serving the door and trim market, Industrial distribution, MRO, CHDs, prefab and modular construction About the Role Were looking for a National Sales Manager who leads from the front. This is a true player-coach rolesomeone who still loves being in the field, closing key deals, and building relationships, while also coaching, motivating, and elevating a national sales team. What Youll Do Lead & Coach Lead a national sales team with a handson, playercoach approach Coach, mentor, and develop sales reps through ridealongs, deal reviews, and regular feedback Build a highperformance culture focused on accountability, learning, and results Sell & Grow Personally involved in strategic national accounts Support reps on complex or highvalue opportunities to increase close rates Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth nationwide Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with company goals Set clear targets, monitor performance, and adjust tactics as needed Operational Excellence Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and CRM usage Track KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement What Were Looking For Proven success as a sales leader who still sells Experience managing and coaching a national or multiregion sales team Experience in builders hardware segment Natural coach and motivator who enjoys developing others Strategic thinker with a bias toward action Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel as needed to support the team and customers Why Youll Love This Role You get to lead without giving up selling High visibility and real impact on company growth Opportunity to shape a national sales culture Competitive compensation with strong performance incentives Ready to Lead From the Front?
