Store Manager Full-Time Dulux, a division of The Pittsburgh Paints Company, is hiring immediately for the position of Full-Time Store Manager. Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will inspire others to achieve results and run your own store to deliver outstanding customer service. Great Pay Plus Full-Time Benefits Day shift with typical store hours between Monday Friday 6:30 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM. Responsibilities Opening and closing the Dulux branch. Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution. Maintaining Dulux''''s high customer service standards for yourself and your team. Fostering a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership. Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members. Ensuring that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Dulux standards. Qualifications 2 or more years of retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred. Leadership skills including training and developing talent. Ability to adapt and effectively update or implement new processes as needed. Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 45 hours required perli> Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
