We are looking for a Client Service Assistant to join our Surety Bonding team in our Vancouver or Langley Office! Working in a collaborative team dynamic, you will assist the surety bonding team with servicing a portfolio of construction and commercial surety clients, while also handling key administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. Your day as a Client Service Assistant Respond to incoming requests from Client Executives and clients, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of bond inquiries, renewals, and documentation needs. Deliver professional written and verbal communication to clients and surety underwriters, maintaining a high standard of service and relationship management. Prepare, review, and issue bond documentation with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain and update internal administrative systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflow for the surety team. Support Client Executives by managing the abeyance system, tracking follow-ups, deadlines, and outstanding documentation. Process invoices and related accounting items accurately while adhering to internal controls and timelines. Maintain organized client files in EPIC, including creating new files, updating existing records, and archiving/purging inactive accounts in compliance with internal procedures. Our Ideal Candidate Experience in surety, bonding, or commercial insurance administration is ideal. Holds a Level 1 insurance license, or the ability to obtain upon employment. Approaches tasks with a high level of attention to detail. Comfortable working in Microsoft Word and Excel. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Has strong organizational and time management skills. Has knowledge of EPIC or other broker management systems an asset. The expected salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $80,000.
