The Role Legend is hiring a Associate Workplace Technology Analyst, reporting directly to our Workplace Technology Manager. This team supports our internal users systems, software hardware. As we grow, youll work in a small dedicated systems team to scale and perfect all IT hardware and software provision, maintenance, and management across Legend and its sister companies.The ideal candidate is a curious, earlycareer IT professional who enjoys helping others, learns quickly, and is excited to build handson experience across modern workplace tools and systems. Your Impact Provide first-line IT support and manage tickets independently for a seamless employee experience Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft365 Support device management (Jamf, Intune) and identity/access management (MicrosoftEntra/AzureAD) Assist with postmigration activities and ongoing system improvements Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences Document procedures, policies, and security practices to maintain efficiency and compliance What Youll Bring Experience supporting Windows and macOS systems, including MDM tools (Jamf, MicrosoftEntra) Familiarity with SaaS administration (Microsoft365, Notion, Okta, Slack, etc.) Help desk or IT support experience with strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fastpaced, flexible environment Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the Oqartussat to manage competing tasks Passion for automation, scalability, and improving the enduser experience, with a desire to grow within a team Nice to Have Microsoft entrylevel certifications (e.g., MS900: Microsoft365 Fundamentals) Jamf101 Okta entrylevel certification (e.g., Okta Certified Professional) The Interview Process 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30mins via Zoom) 2nd: Interview with our team, Interviewer1 and Interview Ingredientes concluded as (1hour video via Zoom) 3rd: Takehome task you will be given 3days to complete the task and present it back to the team in the next Republike (??) 4th: Final interview with our team, Interviewer1 and Interviewer2 (1hour video via Zoom) Why Legend?
