JobDuties: Youwillberesponsibleforthefollowing: Helping Guests select the right RV for their trip, moving efficiently together to a successful booking. Creating and sending quotes using the CanaDream quoting application. Contacting Guests to thank them, soliciting feedback, and /or inviting them to be our guest again. Confirming Guest reservations and process payments. Providing service and support to on-road Guests when needed. Promptly forwarding service inquires to our on-call technical staff. In our busiest months, you may also provide some service to guests (via phone, chat, or email), but most of your time will be spent helping guests book the right RV. Qualifications: Excellent, proven customer or guest service and communication skills. Positive attitude and interpersonal skills. Able to adjust your work schedule; increased Guest activity can require an adjustment in work schedules. Able to work weekends in rotation. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Previous experience working in a hotel, call center, or tourism-related business is an asset.
