We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator to be part of our People Services team, helping us deliver excellent HR support that underpins outstanding experiences for both our people and the patients we serve. What you''ll be doing Act as a first point of contact for People Services queries, providing excellent support to employees and managers Manage key HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle Support payroll-related activity and accurate HR data maintenance Respond to enquiries via phone and HR systems and manage cases to resolution Contribute to People Services projects and reporting About you We like our HR colleagues to be: Organised, proactive and attentive to detail A strong communicator with a customer-focused approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems Enthusiastic about developing your HR career Why work with us At InHealth, our patients and our people are at the centre of everything we do.
