Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service and Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by coordinating various tasks related to service and supply chain management. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Manage data entry tasks related to service requests and parts/material inventory. Coordinate with HET''s regarding parts and scheduling. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. Source necessary parts and materials for service jobs, negotiating with suppliers as needed. Assist in demand planning by forecasting service needs based on historical data and trends. Collaborate with the supply chain team to procure materials efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and service requests. Support the fabrication process by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service and parts role is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Experience in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers is advantageous. Knowledge of supply chain processes and demand planning is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer software for data management and communication.
