Le programme d''avions commerciaux A220 recherche un/une professionnel(le) intgrateur de cabine pour rejoindre notre quipe dIntgration de la Cabine du A220 base Mirabel (Qubec, Canada). Vous rejoindrez l''quipe dIntgration de Gestion de Changement de la cabine du A220. Votre rle sera de grer les demandes de modification des commodits cabine provenant de clients, de la chane d''assemblage ou de projets spcifiques (dveloppement, optimisation produit, etc.). L''organisation de l''quipe est tablie de manire promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manire autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rle en tant qu''Intgrateur de gestion de changements de la cabine sera de collaborer avec les clients (internes et externes) et les fournisseurs pour harmoniser les changements de configuration. Ceci inclut le dveloppement, l''analyse des interfaces fournisseurs et la certification des solutions. Vos dfis: Comptitivit et dveloppement: Participer aux initiatives de comptitivit et grer l''excution des nouveaux projets de dveloppement de la cabine A220 (amliorations, rduction de cots, configurations complexes). Spcifications et Personnalisation: tablir les spcifications et la personnalisation des cabines. Coordination et Intgration: Assurer l''interaction avec les entits Airbus mondiales et intgrer l''ingnierie des fournisseurs. Technique et Analyse: Diriger les runions techniques (Revues de design, fournisseurs) et raliser des analyses comparatives incluant la certification/rglementation. Interfaces: tablir et dvelopper les requis de contrle d''interface. Rsolution et Intgration Avion: Proposer des solutions techniques (court, moyen, long terme) et garantir l''intgration dans l''avion pour une livraison temps. Gestion du Changement et Support: Grer les processus de changement et supporter les activits d''ingnierie varies (tests, installation, assemblage). Gouvernance et Suivi de Projet: Rapporter l''avancement, les risques et les opportunits des projets; tablir des mthodes de contrle et de visibilit de l''ingnierie. Votre profil: Formation : Diplme universitaire en gnie mcanique, arospatial ou quivalent. Exprience : Minimum de cinq (5) sept (7) annes d''exprience pertinente. Expertise aronautique : Familiarit avec les spcifications, le design, lintgration, ainsi que les processus de gestion de changement et de la configuration dans lindustrie aronautique. Connaissances cabine : Connaissances oprationnelles et de finitions des cabines davion. Comptences linguistiques : Bilinguisme (franais et anglais) ncessaire pour la communication orale et crite. Comptences techniques : Matrise des logiciels MS Office, Google Suite et CATIA V5. Qualits personnelles : Joueur dquipe, dynamique, avec de bonnes aptitudes de communication. Leadership et jugement : Initiative, bonnes habilets de planification, sens des responsabilits, facilit pour la ngociation et excellent jugement. Then this job is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Cabin Integrator Professional to join our A220 Cabin Integration team based in Mirabel (Qubec, Canada). You will be part of the A220 Cabin Change Management team. Your role will be to manage change requests on cabin commodities coming from customers, the assembly line, or specific projects (development, product optimization, etc.). The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as a Cabin Change Management Integrator will be to collaborate with customers (internal and external) and suppliers to harmonize configuration changes. This includes the development, analysis of supplier interfaces and certification of solutions. Your challenges: Competitiveness & Development : Drive A220 Cabin competitiveness and execute new development projects (improvements, cost reduction, complex configurations). Specifications & Customization : Define aircraft cabin customization and specifications. Supplier Integration : Coordinate with worldwide Airbus entities and integrate supplier engineering activities. Technical Leadership : Lead technical meetings (Design Reviews, Supplier IPDT) and conduct Product Design Trade Studies, including certification/regulation. Interface Management : Define and develop configuration interface requirements. Issue Resolution & Integration : Provide engineering resolutions (short, medium, long-term) and ensure incorporation for on-time aircraft delivery. Change Management & Support : Execute changes via the Change Management Process/Gates for development projects, and support various engineering stages (testing, installation, assembly). Project Tracking & Governance : Report project progress, risks, and opportunities via governance forums; establish tracking systems for engineering activity visibility. Your boarding pass: Education : University degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Aerospace expertise : Familiarity with specifications, design, integration, as well as change management and configuration processes in the aerospace industry. Cabin knowledge : Operational and functional knowledge of aircraft cabins interiors. Language Skills: Bilingualism (French and English) required for oral and written communication. Technical skills : Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CATIA V5 software. Personal qualities : Team player, dynamic, with good communication skills.
