Equation Staffing is currently recruiting Construction Labourers to support our clients as they prepare for the busy 2026 construction season. These positions are temporary in nature; however, there is potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance and client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, safety-focused individuals looking to gain work across a variety of construction projects. Key Responsibilities: General site cleanup and debris removal. Assisting skilled trades as required. Material handling and moving supplies. Operating basic hand and power tools. Maintaining a clean and safe worksite. Following all site safety procedures and instructions. Qualifications: Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (not required). Ability to perform physically demanding work. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Steel-toed boots, hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, work gloves. Reliable transportation to job sites (strong asset). Strong work ethic and punctuality. CSTS, WHMIS, or other safety tickets are a strong asset. What We Offer Competitive hourly wages.
