Major Responsibilities: Possess a valid driver''s license and a clean driving record. - MANDATORY Detail vehicles to remove any signs of accidents or repairs to restore a clean, polished finish. Wash vehicles before and after repairs to ensure readiness for production and customer delivery. Perform necessary maintenance tasks in the shop as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and manufacturer guidelines for detailing products. Polish vehicles when necessary to ensure a flawless, high-quality finish. Work closely with the service department and direct manager to help achieve an efficient flow of vehicles through the shop. Ensure work meets the highest standards of restoration and repair to minimize rework and avoid warranty claims. Prioritize work to ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks. Other duties as assigned by the manager. Continuous Learning & Improvement: We are committed to our employee''s continuous learning and development and as such, training is provided through orientation, self-assessments, coaching sessions and demonstrations with managers. Ideal Requirements: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to medium loads. Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
