Job Description As an E&I Superintendent with an Electrical and/or Instrumentation Journeyperson ticket, you''ll leverage your expertise to oversee precise E&I projects in Hamilton,ON This role places you at the forefront of project development, execution, and completion, where your skills in managing multiple projects, budgeting, estimating, and guiding teams will be essential to our success. What would you be doing? Lead ClearWater''s HSE policies, promoting a zero-incident safety culture and integrating safety into all work activities. Act as the primary interface with client representatives throughout project development, execution, and completion; ensure client requirements, scope of work, and specifications are communicated and implemented effectively. Oversee multiple projects, develop plans to meet project goals, assist with budgeting, support change management, and adapt to evolving project scopes. Manage Electrical and Instrumentation estimation and full project lifecycle, including short-range planning and workforce coordination for efficient project execution. Provide coaching, technical training, and performance reviews for direct reports, ensuring field activities meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost standards through optimal resource management. Qualifications Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, and Requests for Proposals for Electrical and Instrumentation, with experience using systems for estimating, scheduling, and project management. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to lead and foster positive team relationships. Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Field experience in Oil and Gas construction or maintenance, with mechanical aptitude, is an asset. Physically capable of performing job duties, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.), pulling, pushing, climbing, shoveling, bending, and twisting.
