Overview We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service, a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Assist in setting up dining areas and preparing for service as needed Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS system such as Clover is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods Basic math skills for order accuracy, billing, and cash handling Experience in hospitality or food industry roles is advantageous but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through excellent service, teamwork, and professionalism.
