Overview We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities - Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials - Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service - Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly Experience SMART SERVE NEEDED Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Knowledge of POS systems is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is advantageous Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.20 per hour Benefits: Discounted or free food Flexible schedule On-site parking Experience: Hospitality: 1 year (preferred) Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
