Skylink is currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, friendly and sales-oriented individual for a Sales and Marketing Manager position. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of Skylink products to the dealer market, the retail and big box store market within your territory. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current customers as well as finding new accounts. You will be responsible for managing the orders and sales of our products to existing customers and driving new sales. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are a must. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Refining the company''s sales and marketing plan Plan, direct and evaluate the activities that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings Maintaining relationship with the existing customers Developing marketing and sales campaigns Defining market segments, generating leads, signing on new customers and closing sales through both outbound and inbound activities Trade show arrangement Forecast sales and planning order for factory QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS Minimum 6 years in manufacturing sales experience in hardware products, garage door opener in North America for B-to-B and B-to-C or Big Box Stores Experience in product management Must be able to work effectively both as a team member and independently Experience in installation of garage door opener is an asset Strong attention to details.
