Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and lubrication services, ensuring customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards. This role offers an opportunity to develop technical skills within a professional environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting vehicle maintenance operations. Duties Perform oil and fluid changes, lubrication, and filter replacements on a variety of vehicle makes and models Conduct routine inspections to identify potential mechanical issues Utilize hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively Assist with basic automotive repairs as needed, including tire rotations and brake inspections Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or products when appropriate Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive maintenance equipment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during service procedures Knowledge of automotive repair processes and preventive maintenance practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position requires a motivated individual with a passion for automotive maintenance and excellent technical skills.
