The Opportunity: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will own day-to-day lead management and territory optimization across T-Mobile, Amazon, and HelloFresh programs, while supporting core systems like SalesRabbit and emerging internal processes. Reporting to Operations Lead, the Operations Analyst, Field Programs will support multiple partners (T-Mobile, Amazon, HelloFresh) by managing lead flow, optimizing turf and territories, and providing reporting and analysis for our door-to-door and field sales teams. This role combines technical system work (uploads, CRM-like tools, reporting) with hands-on collaboration with field managers and client stakeholders. What you''ll do: US & Canadian Client''s Program Activities Lead management and distribution, including cutting and uploading lead lists into SalesRabbit, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Ensure the permit process is followed so all reps receive correct permits after onboarding, aligning with local door-to-door regulations and internal compliance standards. Ongoing SalesRabbit administration, troubleshooting, and performance reporting to support field execution and territory coverage. General back-office and administrative support for the operations team, including documentation, tracking, and data hygiene. Support one-off operational initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve. Leads optimization, including helping build monthly strategic lead lists for targeted outreach and high-value property focus. Territory optimization analysis to identify priority zones, market potential, and rep deployment strategies. Skills and Experience Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field. 13 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a business support role ideally in door-to-door, direct sales, or field operations. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros preferred); Power BI or other BI tools experience is a strong asset. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communicator who can simplify complex data into actionable insights. Excited about sales operations, field performance, and optimizing lead-driven growth.
