We guide individuals toward greater clarity, connection, and forward momentum in their lives. Our work focuses on helping clients recognize and change unhelpful patterns using practical, action-oriented strategies. We draw from evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, mindfulness, and other integrative methods to support meaningful, lasting change. What You''ll Do: Empower Clients: Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals. Support clients in navigating life''s challenges, improving emotional well-being, and achieving their personal goals. Provide Excellent Clinical Care: Lead individual therapy sessions, maintain accurate case files, and document treatment plans and client progress in a timely and compliant manner. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with a supportive team, sharing insights, strategies, and feedback to strengthen the quality of care and client outcomes. Stay Current in the Field: Engage in ongoing professional development, including specialized training, and stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in psychotherapy through regular research. What We''re Looking For: Licensed Therapist: A valid, active license with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).Please note we are not accepting applications from RP (Qualifying) members at this time. Thank you for your interest Education: Hold a Master''s in Counselling Psychology or an equivalent graduate degree. Clinical Experience: Proven experience delivering therapy services and a strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices. Experience with anxiety, self-esteem, and perfectionism is an asset. Compassionate Care: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing client-centred, trauma-informed support. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace and Jane (our practice management software). Independent & Organized: Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
