Type of position: Regular Your future role on our team We''re seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Leader with strong strategic and technical skills to support the growth of our expertise and our industrial control systems (ICS) cybersecurity team. You''ll manage client relationships and play a key role in strengthening our presence in the Ontario industrial, mining and critical infrastructure markets. With us, you''ll get the opportunity to... Market development and client engagement Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in OT cybersecurity Lead a team of technical professionals Represent BBA at industry events, conferences and client meetings to promote our expertise Work with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work and pricing strategies Lead business development efforts to grow our OT cybersecurity consulting services across Ontario Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in the industrial, energy, mining, and oil and gas sectors Technical leadership and project delivery Lead and perform OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses and compliance audits (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST CSF and IEC 62443) Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA and other OT environments Provide strategic advice on cybersecurity governance, architecture and incident response planning Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure and capital projects Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture? Entrepreneurial spirit Results-driven Inspirational leadership Willingness to work together while having fun Sense of equity and inclusion Strong interest in the world of technology Summary of certifications and job requirements Bachelor''s or master''s degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or a related field Over 7 years of OT/ICS cybersecurity experience, with a strong consulting and client-service background Proven ability to win and deliver consulting projects in the industrial or infrastructure sectors Deep understanding of OT systems, protocols and cybersecurity frameworks Excellent communication, presentation and proposal-writing skills Knowledge of Ontario''s industrial and infrastructure markets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed Asset: relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM or IEC 62443 An overview of BBA''s total rewards Annual base salary from $142,170 to $173,763 Annual premium program for all regular employees Onsite mobility premium Time bank Cellphone fee reimbursements Group insurance plan from the first day of employment, including disability insurance and a telemedicine program Retirement savings plan Annual vacation and sick leave Premium for employee referrals BBA considers many factors when determining the annual base salary, including the region, market, education, relevant and demonstrated work experience, technical assessment, qualifications, certifications and other relevant skills.
