This BCBA/R.B.A. must be able to supervise children and youth receiving funds under the Ontario Autism Program (OAP). Endless Abilities Inc. is a Treatment Center for children and youth located in Mississauga and Burlington, ON. The head office is 291 Queen Street South in Mississauga. The team is seeking support in both locations. Endless Abilities Inc. offers behavioural consultation, focused or comprehensive team therapy, and group programming. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and enthusiastic clinician interested in working on an interdisciplinary collaborative team of behavioural health clinicians at our Mississauga Clinic location, as well as in clients'' homes, schools, and daycares in the Peel region. Our clients are diverse in age, culture, and needs, and our team seeks to provide a holistic and family-centred approach to therapy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer Conduct and train others on curricular assessments (ABLLS-r, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK) Conduct and train others on behaviour-specific assessments (FBA, FA, PFA). Create and train on the Behaviour Intervention Plan to meet the needs of a diverse population, including early and advanced learners (between 18 months and 18 years) with a range of dual and multi-diagnoses. Create and train on Individualized Service Plans. Ensure therapeutic treatment follows the best standards of evidence-based practice Supervise Case Managers, Lead Instructor Therapists, and Instructor Therapists Provide service within both the funded and our fee-for-service therapeutic programs. Actively participate in the Clinical Management Team Supervise BCBA students and R.B.A. (Supervised Practice) QUALIFICATIONS: Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A.) license in good standing Certified as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in good standing Master''s Degree in Disability Studies, Psychology, Education, or a related field Minimum Four (4) years of experience providing services to children and youth with neurodevelopmental disorders and anxiety disorders, applied behaviour analytic services. Preferably with at least two (2) years at the Supervisory/Management level.
