Summary We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our service team in ensuring top-quality heating and cooling solutions for our clients. This role is based in Guelph and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company committed to excellence and sustainability. Responsibilities Co-ordinate the workload and scheduling of Service Technicians, ensuring Technicians with proper licenses are present on jobs. Purchase and receive parts; work with suppliers and vendors to ensure parts are received within a reasonable timeframe Possess a thorough understanding of parts used in order to process warranty claims. Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards. Lead, motivate, and develop the service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Manage client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Support business growth through strategic planning and operational excellence. * Qualifications Minimum of 2 year College program in Business Administration and/or a technical diploma or equivalent in education and/or experience preferred. Proficient computer skills, Service Titan experience an asset. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience in sales or upselling is advantageous. Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems preferred. Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
