Temporary Receptionist Position Type: Temporary / Contract Reports To: Clinic Manager/Head Nurse Location: On-site Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a key role in maintaining a smooth, organized, and welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, patients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using internal booking systems Maintain accurate client/patient records and ensure confidentiality Process payments, invoices, and basic billing as required Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient daily operations Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation Qualifications & Skills Previous reception or administrative experience (medical or professional office preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable using office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, scheduling systems) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Calm, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Additional Requirements Punctual and dependable Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Fixed term contract Contract length: 4 days Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
