Primary duties include: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various teams to collect asset data based on direction from the Asset Coordinator to address data gaps Apply metrics such as Risk, Criticality, and Condition ratings (and more) to assets in the Asset Register Interpret and apply methodologies found in Corporate Security''s Asset Management Strategy document Suggest and write improvements to Corporate Security''s Asset Management Strategy document Upload and modify asset data on Hexagon EAM (Maintenance Management and Asset Management Software) in conjunction with Microsoft Excel. Create visual Dashboards using real-time asset data on PowerBI for the interpretation of trends in active and historical work orders Create reports and analyze asset condition and investment trends based on PowerBI Dashboards Work with Application Support to modify Hexagon EAM to suit the business needs of Corporate Security (user interface modifications, hierarchy modifications, building custom data fields), as well as manage weekly and monthly reports from Hexagon EAM Apply / research replacement costs for existing assets Liaise with vendors/suppliers to obtain asset data on behalf of Corporate Security Qualifications Enrolled in a diploma or degree program Asset Management, Business, Engineering or a related field. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of ArcGIS, and Power BI. Success in this position requires: excellent organizational and communication skills; a high degree of customer focus; strong research and problem-solving skills and focus on attention to detail; and the ability to work well both independently and in a team. The candidate should be self-driven and analytical. They should show an interest in manipulation, interpretation, and collecting information as well as demonstrate creativity in visualizing information in a presentable manner. Pre-Employment Requirements Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2026. A security clearance will be conducted.
