Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces as needed. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing friendly and efficient service. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices is a plus. Knowledge of custodial equipment and cleaning supplies is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
