As a Mobile Parking Compliance Ambassador, you help create positive experiences for patients, visitors, healthcare professionals, and the broader community. Work Schedule & Availability This is a part-time casual position requiring flexibility to work various operational shifts. Common shift times include. This will be in coverage of vacations, sick and other shifts that require coverage. The Hours are 8am to 4pm / 4pm to 12pm / 12am to 8am (Overnight). This position is ideal for someone who thrives working with minimal supervision, excels in customer service, and brings strong administrative and call-center experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service while helping customers navigate our parking systems, solving problems, and ensuring smooth operations during evening hours. Responsibilities: Provide professional, courteous assistance to customers, answering questions and addressing inquiries. Efficiently manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and appropriate follow-up. Inform and guide customers on parking products, programs, and available services. Support customers in navigating and using parking facilities and equipment with patience and clarity. Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, generating correspondence, and completing required documentation. Learn and apply internal processes and protocols accurately. Maintain organized workspaces and uphold safety procedures when interacting with coworkers and the public. Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and in-person channels, including escalations when needed. Work independently during evening shifts, demonstrating reliability, strong judgment, and self-motivation. Requirements: 23 years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume customer interaction preferred). Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear correspondence. Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions with accuracy. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to maintain and organize filing systems and basic databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Additional Qualifications: Experience in parking services or a related industry is an asset. Familiarity with parking management systems or software is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
