We are seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician PFM Metal Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the metal framework fabrication in the PFM restoration process, including crowns and bridges. Key Responsibilities Fabricate Metal Frameworks: Wax, cast, and finish metal substructures for PFM crowns and bridges. Metal Design & Preparation: Ensure proper design, thickness, and structure to support porcelain application. Casting & Soldering: Use appropriate metal alloys, perform soldering, and ensure accurate framework integrity. Fit & Adjustment: Check marginal integrity, occlusion, and overall fit of metal frameworks before porcelain application. Quality Control: Inspect metal substructures for defects, porosity, or misalignment and make necessary adjustments. Equipment & Material Management: Maintain metal casting equipment, tools, and materials for optimal performance. Collaboration: Work closely with ceramists and other technicians to ensure seamless workflow and case accuracy.
