Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and technical expertise to ensure optimal plant operations and safety compliance. The Maintenance Mechanic will play a critical role in supporting continuous production and minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and quick response to equipment issues. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics and analysis skills Maintain and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, HVAC units, boilers, and welding equipment Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule upcoming tasks Conduct electrical work with an emphasis on industrial electrician standards and safety protocols Assist with the installation of new machinery and upgrades to existing systems Follow safety procedures diligently and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams for troubleshooting purposes Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Skills Proven experience with industrial maintenance in manufacturing settings Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform welding, HVAC repairs, boiler maintenance, and general mechanical repairs Electrical experience including low voltage systems and PLC programming or troubleshooting Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues quickly Customer service mindset to effectively communicate with production teams regarding maintenance needs Knowledge of industrial electrician practices, HVAC systems, boilers, welding techniques, and safety standards Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute significantly to our manufacturing operations through expert maintenance skills.
