We are currently seeking a Registered Psychotherapists or Registered Social Worker to provide in-person counselling services to individuals in the following areas: addictions, trauma, couples therapy. This position is in-person in Timmins, ON. Bilingualism is an asset. Creating Connection - Couples & Family Therapy is a privately operated counselling clinic in Timmins, ON conveniently located downtown on Third Ave. Creating Connection CFT offers couples, family and individual counselling and psychotherapy. As our clinic is expanding and growing we are currently looking for a dedicated and qualified Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) or Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW). We are looking for a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker to join our team and provide quality mental health services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing individual therapy and certification and training in a trauma processing model such as EMDR, ITATM, AEDP or other trauma modality . The Psychotherapist will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapeutic support. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities : Provide psychotherapy to individuals, and couples. Develop treatment plans based on individual needs. Conduct assessments of mental health issues. Maintain accurate records of client progress. Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to address client needs. Provide psycho-education to clients and families. Refer clients to other professionals when necessary.
