We are looking for an Experienced Lead Carpenter to Lead and assist with repairs to typical residential structures, such as installing Engineered 2x8 Support Walls for Residential Home''s, replacing wood rot,) assisting crews with some concrete forming / cribbing work (With assistance and training), and other various misc... carpentry tasks. Some other duties include; Repairing or replacing decks, fences, basement framing repairs, installing and replacing joists/beams, assisting with forming areas for concrete work, installing or adjusting tele-posts in basements wood rot repairs or other repairs. There is good versatility in this job, and we are able to accommodate based on experience with many additional benefits. A company work truck is provided, or compensation for using personal vehicle and health benefits. Cell phone compensation plan, and performance bonus ranging from 3-10% of wage based on experience and seniority. The ability to also contract work such as piece work or straight contract is available if desired. Valid Class 5 Drivers License & Clean Driving Abstract is Required.
