Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Commercial HVAC Service Project Coordinator to support and grow our commercial service-based HVAC Division. This role blends service coordination, customer relationship management, and entry-level sales activities, with a strong focus on recurring service work, maintenance agreements, and long-term client relationships. Our service department includes commercial refrigeration technicians and plumbers, allowing us to support a wide range of HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical service needs for commercial clients. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in commercial HVAC by learning service operations while developing the skills needed to grow accounts and generate new service opportunities. Key Responsibilities Service Coordination & Project Support Coordinate and support service work across commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, working closely with technicians and internal teams Assist with scheduling, work order tracking, documentation, and customer communication Support technicians and internal teams to ensure service calls are completed efficiently and professionally Help manage service-related follow-ups, closeouts, and customer feedback Sales & Account Growth (Service-Focused) Assist in identifying opportunities to grow existing service accounts (maintenance agreements, upgrades, replacements) Support quoting and proposal preparation for service repairs, maintenance contracts, and small retrofit projects Participate in service-related sales conversations with clients as experience grows Help track leads, proposals, and follow-ups Customer Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned commercial service customers Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and responsive service Help resolve service-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction Support renewal and expansion of service agreements Technical & Industry Development Develop a working knowledge of commercial HVAC service systems, diagnostics, and maintenance practices Assist with answering basic technical questions related to service work and system performance Stay informed on HVAC service best practices, energy efficiency improvements, and industry trends Skills & Qualifications Required Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in commercial HVAC service, account management, and relationship-based sales Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Preferred Experience in HVAC service coordination, dispatching, or field support Basic knowledge of commercial HVAC systems or mechanical services Experience with service quotes, maintenance agreements, or work order systems Why This Role?
