We are a people first painting company looking for a Crew Leader who takes ownership, communicates well, and genuinely cares about quality and customer experience. What You''ll Do: Paint residential and commercial projects. Lead a small team of painters on site Review job scope and coordinate materials and equipment Message the client the day before, and prep your crew Walk through the job with the client and set clear expectations Keep work on schedule and quality on point Send daily updates to the client and owner (Progress of job, any issues, and next steps) Ensure the job wraps up cleanly walkthroughs, touch-ups, cleanup.
