Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse guest population. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and delivering outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check-in/check-out efficiently Manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and guest requests Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and billing procedures Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times Support guest services by offering personalized assistance to enhance their stay Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and hotel operations is beneficial Experience in handling guest inquiries, reservations, and complaint resolution is desirable This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences.
