Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Group Home Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations within a residential care setting. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, coordinate staff activities, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment. Your leadership will foster teamwork, compliance with regulatory standards, and the development of personalized care plans that enhance residents'' well-being. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff members to ensure efficient and compassionate resident care Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident''s needs, including those with Alzheimer''s disease or other forms of dementia Oversee medication administration in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility policies Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and health standards related to long-term care and assisted living facilities Manage operational tasks such as budgeting, staffing schedules, and resource allocation to optimize home & community care services Conduct regular assessments of residents'' progress and adjust care strategies accordingly Lead staff training initiatives focused on dementia care, resident rights, and emergency procedures Foster a positive environment that promotes resident independence, dignity, and social engagement Requirements Proven experience in group home management or senior/long-term care settings with supervising responsibilities Strong background in assisted living, nursing home operations, or home & community care services Knowledge of dementia care principles, Alzheimer''s support strategies, and memory care best practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Familiarity with developing and managing care plans for residents with developmental disabilities or complex health needs Competence in medication administration protocols and safety procedures Financial acumen related to budgeting and resource management within healthcare settings Effective communication skills for collaborating with residents'' families, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies Join us in creating a warm, supportive environment where residents thrive through compassionate leadership.
