Primary duties include: Inspect the conditions of Plus 15s and transfer data into an asset management system. Conduct a visual review and inspection of Plus 15s with a professional engineer when needed. Respond to 3-1-1 inquiries related to the Plus 15s. Work with a summer law student on easement area mapping. Qualifications Enrolled in a Civil Engineering diploma or degree program. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management system (HxGN EAM), Building Management System (BMS) or similar asset management system will be an asset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptability and a willingness to learn. Pre-Employment Requirements Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2026.
